Beginners & Improvers - Monthly mini workshop with Julia
Tuesday 23 June, 14 July, 18 August, 22 September - monthly £20
This is a monthly class so that beginners or improvers have a longer class that they can come to once or twice until they feel confident enough to join a regular class or just so that if there's something you're unsure about or feel you can never 'get right' or feel comfortable with then this is the space to come and ask questions and cover all the things you can't ask in class. Each session will be based on who attends so if that's all beginners then we will go from scratch. However, if there are a few improvers then we can look at technique or pose progression as well. Also, there's the opportunity to explore breathwork techniques and meditation just to get a taster if you've never tried it before. This is a participant centric class so every attendee will be able to have input into what they would like to learn. A bit like a private one to one but cheaper!

Soundbath with Kirsten
New dates coming soon
Sundays 1915-2030 £25
Immerse yourself in the ancient ritual of sound alchemy.
We begin with a guided meditation to draw our focus inward while the gentle sounds of crystal and copper bowls, shamanic instruments and singing encourage deep relaxation and self-connection.
These soothing frequencies drop us deep into the body, allowing us to digest our emotions and rebalance the nervous system. This restorative experience often leaves us feeling lighter, peaceful and more heart-aligned - the perfect start to your week.
(Not suitable for people who have undergone recent surgery, suffer from epilepsy or are pregnant)
Kirsten is a certified Sound Healer sharing the ancient ritual of sound alchemy, weaving in Shamanic and Eastern influence into her practice. After witnessing the profound effects sound healing had on her mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing she was drawn to share this beautiful gift with others.

Extended Practice with Alice
Sunday 7 & 28 June, 26 July 0900-1100 £35 - monthly
Have you ever left class wishing you’d had just a little more time to explore? An hour can really fly by.
As teachers, we try our hardest to give you as much as we can in that time, but sometimes what your practice really needs is time and space. Time to let things land and space to explore and play.
Extended Practice is your chance to do exactly that.
Join Alice every last Sunday of the month for a 2-hour yoga class you can really sink your teeth into.
Expect long, nourishing warm-ups, juicy dynamic flows, breath work, meditation, free movement, and plenty of time to linger in postures and explore new shapes and techniques. We’ll finish with a slow, indulgent cool-down and deep relaxation, allowing time for the experience to fully land in your body and integrate.
Open to all levels, this class strives to meet the abilities in the room and is for anyone curious to learn, play, and grow in their practice.

Full Moon Kirtan with Tara Heart
Saturday 27 June 1900-2030 £25
Join us for a heart-opening evening of mantra, music and connection as we gather in the energy of the rising full moon.
Just two days before the June full moon, this is a potent time to come together in community, lift our voices, and gently build energy through sacred sound. Kirtan is a beautiful and accessible practice of call-and-response chanting, where no experience is needed—just a willingness to listen, feel, and join in.
This evening offers space to:
Open the heart through mantra and music
Release tension and reconnect with your voice
Experience the joy of shared sound and community
Align with the natural rhythms of the moon
Whether you are completely new to kirtan or already love to chant, you are warmly welcome.
Come as you are. Sit, sing, listen, or simply soak in the energy.

Returning to Yourself with Theresa
Saturday 25 July 1400-1700 £45
Returning to Yourself: A Workshop to Rediscover the Wise Woman Within with Theresa
Midlife can feel like a crossroads.
Perhaps you’re navigating change — children growing up, ageing parents, shifting identity, career questions, hormonal transitions, or simply a quiet sense of “Is this it?”
This three-hour workshop is a condensed version of the teachings recently shared on my midlife retreat — created as a space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
During the afternoon we will explore:
Gentle Yin Yoga to soften and release
Breathwork to steady the nervous system
Meditation and mantra for clarity and grounding
Deeply nourishing Yoga Nidra
Guided journaling and reflective contemplation
This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering yourself.
Midlife is not a crisis — it is a threshold. A powerful and often overlooked initiation into wisdom, self-trust and authenticity. When we slow down enough to listen, this stage of life can become one of deep clarity and renewed purpose.
If you’re feeling stretched, uncertain, or simply in need of space to reflect, this workshop offers practical tools and a supportive environment to help you reset and realign.
Come as you are. Leave feeling steadier, clearer and more connected.
This is a workshop for women aged 45 plus.

Yoga & Therapeutic Group
A focused 5-week course to ease stress, anxiety, and trauma, led by Psychotherapist and Yoga Teacher Tess
Saturday mornings from 5 September 2026. 11am to 1pm.
Investment: £180 for 10 hours over 5 weeks.
This unique course blends:
Therapeutic Yoga: A gentle, grounding practice to soothe the central nervous system, release tension, and rebuild mind–body connection.
Therapeutic Group (Psychotherapist-Led): a safe, compassionate space to reflect, share (if you choose), and integrate your experiences with professional support.Tess brings years of experience as a practicing psychotherapist, supporting individuals who struggle with stress, anxiety, and trauma-related difficulties. She understands how the coping mechanisms we develop to “get through” challenging times can later become barriers to the deeper self-care and connection that we need in order to heal. This can lead to feelings of loneliness, emptiness, or disconnection. This course aims to gently address these experiences.
What to expect:
Each weekly session includes:
50 minutes of therapeutic yoga for stress, anxiety & trauma
60 minutes of psychotherapist-held therapeutic group
Tools to support daily calm and emotional regulation
A safe community space where you are seen, supported, and not alone
Each week will be themed with a focus tailored specifically for stress, anxiety and trauma.
Weeks 1–2: Release tension and stress held in the body
Weeks 3–4: Rediscover inner resources and emotional awareness
Week 5: Reconnect with yourself and integrate mind–body resilienceBy the end of the course, you will:
Experience a deeper sense of calm and self-connection
Build emotional resilience
Feel more grounded and confident in navigating stress and anxiety
Reconnect with your true self, at your own pace, with support
This is a closed group, meaning the same participants attend each week. This supports trust, safety, and depth as you move through the course together.
Confidentiality is essential for all attendees. All levels of yoga are welcome — including complete beginners.
No previous experience of therapy or group work is required.Tess is a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy) and adheres to the BACPs Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
