Verity Megan
An experienced teacher in the ISHTA Yoga linage, Verity has over 800 training hours which she continues to evolve and integrate. Deeply inspired by the natural world, her personal practice has been a homecoming, returning to a simpler, more earth-rooted way of being. She lives whole-heartedly and whole-istically, attuned to the rhythms and cycles of nature in remembrance of our ancestral wisdom.
Rooted in Eastern philosophy, Verity shares ancient teachings drawn from Yoga, Ayurveda, and Reiki adapted for resonance with tender hearts in modern times. Her offerings aim to inspire you to unlock your innate magic and rediscover your intuitive nature. Providing a safe, nurturing container to explore your inner landscapes through mindful, embodied movement; alchemising awareness to listen, reconnect and welcome yourself home.
A dedicated Crystal Sonic practitioner, she also offers one:one sessions and monthly Lunar Sound Baths to harmonise your inner and outer worlds through vibration and resonance healing. A deeply soul-stirring experience offering deep rest to find inner peace.
